When handing of a tool to the end user(s) it can become tough to get an active feed of what goes wrong when said tool crashes. The actions to replicate can be explained, but that might give the "it works on my pc" issue.
Using the bug reporting tool I was able to circumvent these issues. The bug reporter is integrated in both our communication channel (discord) as well as the tools used.
Because of this, sending a crash report becomes easy as you get a lot of information about what crashed, how to replicate it and even where the tool stopped working!
